The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina has appointed Slobodanka Močević to the position of President of the Basic Court in Vlasenica. For the President of the Municipal Court in Jajce was appointed Safija Ceric, and Mirela Hajder as the judge in the Municipal Court of Sarajevo.
To the position of judge of the Cantonal Court of Tuzla chosen are Amir Ferizbegović and Amela Delic, and the judges of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo Behija Siljak and Admira Sejranic, is stated from HJPC.
Daniela Dalipagić Rizvanović was appointed a judge of the Cantonal Court in Mostar, and Ramo Ljevaković as a judge of the Cantonal Court in Zenica.
In making of these decisions, HJPC took into account criteria such as expertise, work experience and work results and professional ability based on previous career results and ability to perform impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly the duties of the office for which they are applying.
The newly appointed judicial officials will take office on 1st May.
