These buildings are conceived as the “greenest housing complex” in Sarajevo.
“It’s a housing-business object with more than 100 housing units and 70 garage places which the Municipality of Ilidža demanded.” – said Elvedin Mahmutović, the director of Panamera, the company investing in this project.
He pointed out that the selling of the apartments is going according to the plan and that there is a great interest for it among BH diaspora citizens.
“We had lots of local buyers, but those from abroad too. The price of a square meter is around 3000 and 3500 BAM” – said Mahmutović and added that the total worth of this investment is 15 million BAM.
Business offices should be situated on the ground floor while garages are planned in the basement. Near the building, there should be a children’s playground and a sports ground.
The investor commits to make this space a unique one, as an example of a green ambiance.
“It all implies arrangement of the terrain and planting decorative trees and flowers, placing a fountain and benches and arranging the traffic roads around the object.” – said Mahmutović.
