The Government of Republika Srpska (RS) requests from the Council of Ministers to put the Decision on the system of coordination of the European integration process in B&H, adopted on the 26th of January 2016, out of force, as announced from the RS government.
They’re also requesting that established system of coordination from 2013 technically and terminologically adjusts as soon as possible to “the Stabilization and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States on one side, and B&H, on the other side”, through the negotiation process, which would include representatives of all levels of government.
“By emphasizing its full support for the creation of all necessary, objective conditions for further progress of B&H in the European integration process, the Government of RS considers that it is necessary that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska declares on the controversial action of the Council of Ministers, as well as the Decision on the system of coordination of the European integration process in B&H by the Council of Ministers adopted on the 26th of January 2016,” according to the statement from the Government of RS.
All the representatives of the Government of RS and other administrative bodies are committed not to participate in activities related to the implementation of the Decision on the system of coordination of the European integration process in B&H by the Council of Ministers adopted on the 26th of January 2016, until the National Assembly of RS declares on the issues, as said in a statement of this entity’s government.
