In January 2020, export amounted to 856 million BAM, which is the same amount of export as in January 2019, and import amounted to 1 billion 236 million BAM, which is 4,4% lower than in January last year, according to Bosnia-Herzegovina Agency for Statistics.
The coverage of import by export was 69,2% and international trade in goods deficit amounted to 380 million BAM.
Export to CEFTA countries amounted to 124 million BAM, which is 1,8% higher than in January 2019, while import amounted to 145 million BAM, which is 1,7% higher than in January last year. The coverage of import by export was 85,5%.
Export to EU countries amounted to 632 million BAM, which is 6% lower than in January 2019, while import amounted to 764 million KM, which is 1,7% lower than in January last year. The coverage of import by export was 82,7%.
