It was agreed that the authorities of BiH will enable scanning and use of this documentation together with already obtained electronic database, which would allow the start of the verification process for depositors of former branch offices of Ljubljanska Bank in Sarajevo.
After the meeting that was held in Sarajevo on the 27th of April 2016 between both parties was signed an agreement which, among others, contains the obligation of the authorities of BiH to provide Slovenia the access to the archive in order to scan the required documents and the obligation of Slovenia, within 6 weeks after receipt, to enter documentation in an electronic database and begin the process of verification of depositors of former Ljubljanska Bank branch offices in Sarajevo.
Slovenia is also committed to use thus obtained data exclusively for the purposes of verification of unpaid old foreign currency requirements.
