A light earthquake was felt in Herzegovina on the night from Thursday to Friday at 1.14 am.
According to the EMSC, the earthquake was of a strength of 2.9 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was 12 kilometers from Nevesinje, at a depth of one kilometer, and 29 kilometers from Mostar, Radio Sarajevo reports.
The earthquake was also felt in the southern part of Croatia, in the wider area around Dubrovnik.
Such earthquakes disturb the local population, but they cannot cause significant material damage.
