The city administration of Zenica made a decision to sell holiday resort Duce in Croatia on the Adriatic Sea through an international public invitation with a starting price of 9 million BAM.
The funds from the sale of Duce, according to Mayor of Zenica Fuad Kasumovic, will be directed towards capital investments in Zenica and they will not be available for public spending.
In the public invitation was stated that the city of Zenica will sign a pre-contract with the participant who offers the highest price, which will regulate rights and obligations until the abolition of the administrative ban on disposal of real estate that is currently in force, after which will be fulfilled conditions for the conclusion of the final contract.
All participants of the public invitation, besides the letter of intent, will have to submit a proof of payment of the deposit for participation in the public invitation in the amount of 100,000 BAM with the lowest acceptable offer of 9 million BAM.
This holiday resort is located around 3 kilometers from Omis, along the main road Omis – Split, and it includes a restaurant (495 m2), a restaurant terrace (90 m2), assembly bungalows (950 m2), TS (8m2) and an object on the floor (200 m2).
The public invitation will be open until August 28, at 11 AM.
