A citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina was slightly injured in last night’s terrorist attack in Vienna, and she is currently receiving home treatment, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina stated in the press release on Tuesday.
This information was received by the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the competent authorities of Austria.
As they stated, the Vienna General Hospital (AKH) informed the Embassy that the Bosnian citizen had minor bodily injuries and that she had been released for home treatment.
As they pointed out, the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Vienna will continue to monitor the situation and undertake diplomatic and consular activities in providing assistance to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Austria.
According to official information from the Austrian Ministry of the Interior, four people were killed in the terrorist attack (two women and two men), and 22 were injured. Police actions and arrests in Austria are underway.
