Chairman of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Presidency Bakir Izetbegovic met on Wednesday with Ambassador of China to BiH Chen Bo.
At the meeting, they agreed that bilateral relations between the two countries are good and that progress has been made, especially in the sphere of economy.
It was stated that they expect that cooperation will be additionally enhanced in all segments, especially through the implementation of big infrastructural projects.
Ambassador Bo emphasized that China’s interest is a stable BiH. She informed Izetbegovic that China is taking over chairmanship of the UN Security Council and that OHR’s report on situation in BiH will be on the agenda.
Izetbegovic highlighted the importance of further presence of OHR in BiH, as a factor that contributes to preservation of stability.
He also informed Ambassador Bo about the current situation in BiH and stressed the need to implement the election results as soon as possible and to form wide program coalitions on all levels.
