A group of seven young and talented students of the Music School “Savo Balaban” in Prijedor, who are attending the 3rd grade, will organize a series of cultural events and concerts with the aim to collect 5.000 BAM for their graduation trip to Greece in September.
Students are playing different instruments, singing, composing, writing music and poetry, and painting. They will present themselves to the audience with a great pop-rock repertoire in the Prijedor Theatre at the end of April.
“The Bachs” is a music band founded by seven students of the third class of the Music School “Savo Balaban” in September 2017 within their Section of pop-rock music, which is led by the professor of guitar, Dragan Marinkovic. Their goal is to promote culture and quality music all over BiH, as well as to collect 5.000 BAM in order for all seven students to go on the graduation trip together.
The concert will be held on April 26, in the Prijedor Theatre, and it will be preceded by an exhibition, i.e. cultural evening that will announce this event. Students will perform classical music, recite poetry and exhibit some of their works.
“We are working very well as a group, we are all in the same class, we know each other well and we are hoping that we will manage to realize our idea and go to the graduation trip all together,” said one of the students, Dario.
These hardworking young musicians promised great concerts and pop-rock repertoire as well as outstanding performances at concerts, and tickets for their first concert in Prijedor will cost 10 BAM. They are hoping to go to Athens for their graduation trip and they are sure that their audience will be satisfied.
