On the way to the Usivak Barracks where some 400 migrants are accommodated, one local set an extension cable on his balcony fence to allow migrants to charge their phones.
“Here you can charge your phone,” he wrote in English next to the extension cable.
“This is a great gesture because to migrants phones are often more important than food, because it is the only way to communicate with family, various volunteers and organizations that help them,” was stated by Pomozi.ba humanitarian organization.
BiH’s citizens praised this move by commenting that ordinary people are doing extraordinary things that make them even bigger.
