What Pope’s Envoy concluded in Medjugorje?

imrana_kapetanovic_medjugorjeSpecial Envoy of Pope Francis for Medjugorje, Polish Archbishop Henryk Hoser, at the Mass that was held in Medjugorje where alleged apparitions of Virgin Mary were recorded, said that “confessions are the greatest miracle of Medjugorje”.

“The greatest miracle of Medjugorje are confessions. The sacrament of forgiveness and mercy. It is the sacrament of the resurrection,” said the Polish archbishop, and warned about the crisis of confessions in Western countries.

Polish archbishop was appointed as the special Pope’s envoy to Medjugorje in early February, with the task of solving the pastoral care of a large number of pilgrims who come to this famous place because of the alleged apparitions of the Virgin Mary in Medjugorje, which they call Queen of Peace because of specific messages that she allegedly sent to the people who saw her.

“We call her, especially here, the Queen of Peace. She is everywhere and it is allowed to worship her everywhere. We thank her for her constant presence in each of us,” said Hoser.

Pope’s envoy called on all the believers and pilgrims from Medjugorje to spread the message of peace throughout the entire world.

“I want to encourage and inspire you as special Pope’s envoy to spread the peace throughout the whole world and through conversion of the heart. There are conflicts in families, societies, and countries and we need intervention from heaven. And the presence of the Blessed Virgin Mary, this is one of those interventions. That is God’s initiative,” he stated.

Virgin Mary’s alleged apparitions in Medjugorje are dating from 1981.
