The International Court in Hague on the 24th of February sent a letter to the three members of the Presidency of BiH in which it seeks clarification of the status of the agent in the process of revision of judgment for the lawsuit of BiH against Serbia – Sakib Softic.
The essence of the letter sent to the three members of the Presidency of BiH is clarification of the status of Sakib Softic, due to the confusion that was created when, last July, Mladen Ivanic wrote to the Hague Tribunal and challenged the legitimacy of Softic in representing BiH in the process of revision of the judgment.
Members of the Presidency of BiH have until the 2nd of March on 6 pm to declare their status regarding Softic.
Ivanic wrote to the Court in Hague on the 13th of July 2016, and Crnadak wrote on the 3rd of February 2017, where they have questioned the status of agent Softic and noted that there is no agreement within the institutions of BiH to initiate a review procedure of the verdict against Serbia.
Sakib Softic, on the 23rd of February, submitted an application for revision of the judgment after the decision of the legal team and advising sponsored by Bakir Izetbegovic, which was held on the 17th of February at the City Hall.
Today, Mladen Ivanic held a press conference after the information that the letter, that was for him, got opened earlier and therefore, there will be an investigation.
He also added that he will send a new letter to Hague, which will be delivered by a special envoy and which will again dispute the revision process.
