The RS paid only 40,000 BAM in the budget of the Council for 2013 and 40, 000 BAM for 2014, and it owes the amount of 80,338.67 BAM for 2013, and the amount of 102,000 BAM for 2014. In late March, the Appellate Chamber of the Court, while acting on the appeal of the RS, denied the allegations and confirmed the first instance verdict, and the verdict from the 30th of April received the clause of finality on the Court. The RS made an extraordinary legal remedy of revision of the final and enforceable verdict, but revision will not postpone the execution of the judgment, and the Public Attorney’s Office of BiH made the proposal for enforcement of the final and enforceable verdict on the 8th of June, said Minister Sarovic.
