The day of the establishment of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, November 21, is a holiday and non-working day in Republika Srpska.
The Ministry of Administration reminds that on the days of the entity holiday, no republic bodies and organizations, bodies of the local self-government unit, enterprises, institutions and other organizations and persons professionally performing service and production activities work.
The Law on Holidays stipulates that the mayor will determine which companies, institutions and other organizations in the area of the local self-government unit are obliged to work on holiday days and to what extent in order to meet the necessary needs of citizens.
